What it does
If you collect leads, event registrations or feedback through WordPress forms and manage contacts in Groundhogg, moving that information between the two by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. This add-on handles the handoff. When someone submits a form, their details are sent to Groundhogg as a new contact or as an update to an existing record, and the submission can start a Groundhogg automation workflow so your follow-up begins right away.
Setup happens inside the WS Form PRO interface. You map your form fields to Groundhogg contact fields, then choose what should happen in Groundhogg, such as applying tags or adding the contact to funnels, sequences or campaigns. Tag mapping can pull values from select, checkbox and radio fields using the #field(123) syntax. WS Form PRO's conditional logic lets you decide when data is sent and which data goes. The add-on is also designed for multisite and multilingual WordPress setups.
