What it does
If you collect signups, leads or customer preferences with WS Form PRO and run your email marketing in Klaviyo, moving that data between the two by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. Exporting entries and importing them into lists also means new contacts sit waiting before they hear from you. This add-on removes that step by sending each submission to Klaviyo as it happens, so your lists stay current without manual exports or custom code.
Setup happens inside the WS Form PRO interface. You choose which Klaviyo list a form should feed, then map your form fields to Klaviyo profile properties, including custom ones. Those properties can then drive segments based on how people answered, and submissions can act as triggers for Klaviyo's automated workflows such as follow-ups. You can connect several forms across your site, which lets you tell apart contacts who came through a newsletter box, a promotion signup or a detailed preferences survey.
