This add-on links WS Form PRO to Twilio's messaging platform, so a submitted form can send an SMS right away. Typical uses include appointment confirmations, order updates, reminders and internal alerts for staff who need to respond quickly to new submissions.
You set up message templates inside WS Form PRO and pull in values the visitor entered, so each text can address the person by name or repeat the details they submitted. Conditional logic lets you send a message only when certain answers are given, and you can send to several phone numbers at once. Delivery statuses are shown in the WS Form PRO dashboard, and Twilio's international network lets you reach recipients in other countries.
