Forms collect useful data, but moving that data into a CRM, a spreadsheet or a project board by hand takes time and invites typing mistakes. This add-on connects WS Form PRO to your Zapier account, so submissions can flow into over 2,000 apps that Zapier supports. Common uses include adding leads to an email marketing list, posting notifications to a team chat, creating tasks in a project tool or logging entries in a spreadsheet.
Setup happens inside the WS Form PRO dashboard. Once your form is connected to Zapier, you build Zaps in which a form submission is the trigger and one or more actions run in other apps. Data is sent as soon as a visitor submits the form. You can tailor triggers and actions to your own processes, and built-in error detection and logs help you track down problems when an integration does not behave as expected.
