What it does
Academic websites have a lot to carry: program details, staff bios, campus news and a steady stream of lectures and seminars. A general-purpose theme often leaves you building those sections from scratch. This theme starts with them in place, so an institution can put its courses, faculty and events in front of prospective students without designing every page by hand. The layout is responsive, so the same content adapts to desktop, tablet and mobile screens for students and staff on the go.
You build pages with a drag-and-drop page builder and a set of pre-built templates, then adjust the design options to match your school's brand. Dedicated sections handle course details, faculty and staff profile pages, and event calendars with highlight areas for upcoming lectures and seminars. Multilingual support lets you publish content in more than one language, and social sharing tools help your community pass along news and events. It suits colleges, universities and campus departments that want a professional site they can manage without coding.
