What it does
Many appointments happen at the customer's location: a cleaner visiting a home, a technician on a repair call, a delivery to a front door. In those cases a typo in the street name or a missing unit number can send staff to the wrong place. This add-on gives customers a map inside the Bookly booking form where they can point to where they are, which cuts down on wrong or incomplete address data before the booking is ever saved.
Once a customer picks a spot on the map, the add-on populates the address fields in the form automatically. You can set the default location, the zoom level and the look of the map to suit your service area and branding. The map works on phones and tablets as well as desktops. It runs as part of your existing Bookly setup, so the booking flow your customers already use stays the same, with the map added where the address is collected.
