What it does
Businesses that sell repeat sessions often end up tracking prepaid visits by hand, in spreadsheets or on paper cards. This add-on moves that work into your existing Bookly setup. You create packages made of multiple appointments or services, set a price or discount for the bundle, and decide how long the package stays valid. Clients pay once upfront and then schedule their sessions as they go, which suits fitness studios, wellness centers, beauty salons and coaching services.
Once a client owns a package, each booked appointment is deducted from it automatically. You and the client can see how many sessions have been used and how many remain, so there is less manual counting and fewer mistakes. You can offer several packages for different needs, such as single-user bundles or family packages, and organize them with tags. All package settings, sales and client usage are managed from the WordPress admin area alongside the rest of your Bookly data.
Best for
- Fitness studios selling class or training session bundles
- Spas, salons and wellness centers with repeat clients
- Coaches and consultants offering multi-session programs

Questions about Bookly Packages
Do I need the main Bookly plugin to use this?
Yes. This is an add-on for the Bookly booking plugin, so it works inside your existing Bookly setup. Packages, bookings and usage tracking all live in the same system you already use for appointments.
Can I set packages to expire after a certain time?
Yes. You can set expiration dates or validity periods for packages. This helps you manage how clients use their sessions and plan future appointments within a defined window.
How are sessions counted when a client books from a package?
Each booked appointment is deducted from the client's package automatically. You can then see how many sessions have been used and how many remain, which removes the need to count visits by hand.
Can I offer different kinds of packages at different prices?
Yes. You can create multiple packages for different needs, such as single-user bundles or family packages, and apply special pricing or discounts to each one. Tags help keep them organized.
Is Bookly Packages free?
The code of Bookly Packages is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Bookly Packages is this?
Version 7.9, released Oct 2, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Bookly Packages?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Bookly Packages automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
