When someone books, changes or cancels an appointment on your site, the matching event in your Outlook Calendar is created, updated or removed, so your schedule stays consistent wherever you check it.
You choose how the sync behaves. One-way sync pushes Bookly appointments into Outlook only. Two-way sync also carries edits and cancellations made in Outlook back into Bookly. Events include booking details such as the client name, service and notes, and times are adjusted to the correct time zone.
