What it does
Contact Form 7 handles text fields, dropdowns and checkboxes well, but it has no built-in way to ask for a star rating. This add-on fills that gap. It requires Contact Form 7 and works inside your existing forms, so you can add a rating question to a feedback form, a review request or a service evaluation without writing code or building a separate survey tool.
You place the rating field with a shortcode, the same way you add other Contact Form 7 fields, and you can put it anywhere in the form. The rating scale is adjustable, from 1 to 5 stars or more, and a single form can hold several rating fields if you want visitors to score different things.
