What it does
General shopping cart plugins are designed around shipping physical items, which leaves digital sellers working around features they never use. This plugin is built for downloadable products instead. You create a product, attach the files, and the plugin handles payment collection, delivers the purchased files and controls who can access them. Customer interactions are logged automatically, and store data such as orders, customers, products and discounts can be searched from the WordPress admin, including through the command palette shortcut.
Buyers can pay through PayPal, Stripe, Apple Pay or Google Pay, and subscription payments are supported too. Store owners can run discount codes with one-time use, maximum limits and set validity periods. WordPress blocks handle checkout and account pages, and a reporting dashboard covers sales, customer behavior and product performance. Over 100 integrations, including Mailchimp, connect the store to other services, and add-ons can be installed from the plugin dashboard to extend what the store can do.
