This addon brings the two together by syncing purchase information from WooCommerce into your CRM. Customer profiles are updated with order details as purchases happen, so your contact list reflects actual buying behavior. Once order data is flowing, you can put it to work with tags, triggers and actions. Contacts can be tagged based on their buying habits and engagement, and those tags can start marketing workflows such as abandoned cart recovery or follow-up emails tied to specific purchases.
