What it does
Plenty of shoppers add products to their cart and then leave before paying. Without a record of those carts, a store has no way to follow up. This addon captures abandoned cart activity as it happens and syncs it with your CRM through WP Fusion, so the customer details and cart contents live in the same place as the rest of your contact data.
Once the data reaches your CRM, you can build automated follow-up sequences there. Reminders can reflect what each customer left in the cart, and you choose when they go out. You can also segment contacts by cart activity and purchase history for more targeted campaigns.
