What it does
Many sites need a slider on the homepage, in a portfolio or around product content, and building one by hand takes time and code. This plugin gives you a drag-and-drop editor and over 30 ready-made demos. You can import a complete slider setup or a single demo, then adjust the colors, transitions, animations and navigation buttons until it fits your site's design.
Slides can move with fade, horizontal or vertical transitions, and more than 100 animation effects are available for the content on each slide. Sliders are responsive and retina-ready, so they display well on desktops, tablets and phones. You can place several sliders on the same page, and a WPBakery Page Builder addon is included. Developers can add custom CSS and JavaScript, and the plugin is translation-ready with .po and .mo files.
Best for
- Portfolio and gallery sites that feature images
- Sites built with WPBakery Page Builder
- Multilingual websites needing a translation-ready slider

Questions about Fast Slider
Do I need coding skills to build a slider?
No. The plugin uses a drag-and-drop interface and includes over 30 demos you can import and edit. Custom CSS and JavaScript support is there for developers who want deeper changes, but it is optional.
Can my sliders include videos as well as images?
Yes. The plugin is built for showing images, videos and other featured content, so you can mix media types in your slideshows and style them with the available transitions and animation effects.
Does it work with WPBakery Page Builder?
Yes. A WPBakery Page Builder addon is included, which lets you add and place your sliders from within that page builder.
Can I translate the slider for a multilingual site?
Yes. Fast Slider is translation-ready and includes .po and .mo files, so the plugin text can be translated for sites that run in more than one language.
Is Fast Slider free?
The code of Fast Slider is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Fast Slider is this?
Version 1.0, released May 2, 2023. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Fast Slider?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Fast Slider automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
