Running a fitness coaching business online usually means juggling payments, client records and workout schedules across separate tools. This plugin brings those pieces into one WordPress site. Members sign up through registration fields you define, pick a membership type, and pay through PayPal Express Checkout or Stripe plans that stay synchronized with the site. Once inside, they can see their assigned training plans, diet plans, detox plans and detox guides, laid out as calendars or lists.
On the trainer side, you can leave personal comments for individual members, which works well for coaching notes and feedback between sessions.
