Basic contact forms cover a lot, but many sites eventually need more: forms that take payments, show fields based on earlier answers, split long questionnaires into steps or send leads straight to a CRM. This add-on runs on top of the Fluent Forms plugin, which it requires, and adds those capabilities to the same drag and drop builder. You get more than 60 input fields, a library of pre-built templates and an AI form builder that uses ChatGPT to draft forms from a prompt.
Once a form is live, the add-on helps with what happens after submission. You can receive email notifications, generate PDFs from entries, review results in visual charts and reports, and pass data to CRM and email marketing services such as Salesforce and CleverReach. Inventory settings display stock within forms for product orders and bookings, and scheduling limits forms to set days and hours.
