What it does
Sharing lots of files on a WordPress site often ends with a long page of links or a cluttered Media Library that visitors cannot search. This plugin adds a dedicated Documents post type, so files stay separate from your posts and pages. You can add documents one at a time, drag and drop them in bulk, import them from a CSV file or convert existing Media Library items. It handles PDFs, Word files, spreadsheets, presentations, images, audio and video, and it requires WooCommerce to be active on your site.
On the front end, visitors browse your library in a table or grid layout, use a live search box and narrow results with filter dropdowns. You can arrange documents in nested, collapsible folders and add categories, tags, expiry dates and extra metadata. With over 50 customization options, shortcodes and widgets, the library can sit on any page.
