What it does
Many WordPress site owners need forms for contact requests, feedback or surveys, and they would rather not write code or learn a separate builder to make them. This plugin works inside the native block editor, so you design forms with the same blocks-based approach you already use for posts and pages. AI assistance helps with form creation, and a real-time preview shows how a form will look and behave before you publish it.
The plugin covers a range of form types, from basic contact forms to multi-step surveys, and offers field types such as text, dropdowns and checkboxes. Can I use the AI features to build complex forms?
Not yet. The plugin is at an early stage, and complex AI-generated forms do not currently work. The basic form-building functionality works well, so contact forms, surveys and standard field setups can be built reliably today.
Do I need to know how to code to build forms?
No. Forms are built visually inside the Gutenberg block editor. You add and customize fields such as text inputs, dropdowns and checkboxes without touching code, and a real-time preview shows the result as you work.
