What it does
Copying form entries into an email marketing tool by hand is slow, and it is easy to miss someone or mistype an address. This add-on removes that step. Each form submission on your WordPress site is passed to ActiveCampaign automatically, so new leads appear in your contact database without anyone exporting spreadsheets or pasting data between tabs. It requires Formidable Forms, since it works on the forms you build there.
Setup is handled through a guided wizard. You choose which ActiveCampaign list or automation a form should feed, then map each form field to a matching ActiveCampaign contact field so names, emails and other answers land in the right place. You can connect several forms to different lists or automations, which suits sites that run separate signup, quote or contact forms. Form answers can also be used to segment contacts for more targeted follow-up.
