What it does
Form entries pile up quickly, and a long list of raw submissions is hard for anyone to read. This plugin takes the data you already collect through Formidable Forms, such as survey answers or customer feedback, and presents it as bar charts, pie charts, line graphs or tables. Because it builds on your existing forms, you keep your current data collection setup and add a visual layer on top. Formidable Forms is required, since that is where the data comes from.
Visualizations are put together with a drag and drop builder, so no coding is needed. You can adjust colors, fonts and layout to fit your branding, then embed the result anywhere on your site with a shortcode or widget. Charts refresh as new entries arrive, and you can let visitors filter and sort the data by criteria you define. The visuals are responsive across desktops, tablets and phones, and the plugin supports multiple languages for localized sites.
Best for
- Sites already collecting data with Formidable Forms
- Survey and customer feedback projects that need visual results
- Agencies building data displays for clients without coding

Questions about Formidable Visual Views
Do I need Formidable Forms to use this plugin?
Yes. The plugin requires Formidable Forms and builds its charts, graphs and tables from the entries collected through your Formidable forms. It works with your existing data collection setup, so the forms you already have become the data source.
Can I build charts without writing code?
Yes. Visualizations are created with a drag and drop builder, and design settings such as colors, fonts and layout are adjusted through options rather than code. That makes it usable for beginners as well as developers.
Will my charts update when new entries are submitted?
They will. Visualizations update automatically as new form entries arrive, so a survey results chart or feedback table stays current without you rebuilding it each time someone submits a form.
Where can I display the visualizations on my site?
You can embed them anywhere using shortcodes or widgets. That covers pages, posts and widget areas, and the output is responsive so it displays properly on desktops, tablets and smartphones.
