What it does
Long forms can feel like a chore, especially on a phone. This add-on breaks a form into a series of steps that read more like a dialogue, so visitors answer one thing at a time. Progress indicators show how far along they are, and real-time field validation flags mistakes as they type, which helps keep the entries you collect clean and usable.
It works on top of Formidable Forms, so you extend forms you already have without extra coding. Conditional logic lets you change the next question based on earlier answers, which suits lead capture, surveys and feedback forms. Styling options let you match the look to your brand, layouts adapt to smartphones and tablets, and privacy features with GDPR compliance options help you handle personal data responsibly.
Best for
- Sites already building forms with Formidable Forms
- Businesses capturing leads through guided questionnaires
- Researchers and teams running surveys or feedback forms
