What it does
Many sites already use forms to gather orders, registrations or donation pledges, but the payment usually happens somewhere else. This add-on closes that gap by sending form submissions to PayPal so visitors can pay right after filling in their details. It works inside Formidable Forms, so you keep building forms the way you already do and add payment settings through the same interface. Payments are handled by PayPal, which keeps sensitive card and account details on PayPal's side.
Beyond single payments, the plugin supports recurring billing, which suits subscriptions and regular giving. You can accept multiple currencies, design the payment form to match your branding and page flow, and get automatic payment confirmation notices when someone pays. Reporting on payments and subscriptions helps you keep track of what has come in. It fits sites that sell services or products through forms, nonprofits taking donations, and anyone who wants PayPal checkout tied to form entries.
Best for
- Formidable Forms users who want PayPal checkout
- Nonprofits collecting one-time or recurring donations
- Small businesses selling services or products through forms
