What it does
Form entries stored in a database are handy for site admins, but clients, applicants and colleagues often want a document they can open, save or print. This plugin fills that gap for sites built on Formidable Forms. Each submission can be turned into a PDF automatically, so you have a clean record of a contract, application or request without copying data into a separate file by hand.
The plugin works inside your existing Formidable Forms setup, which it requires. You build a PDF template with your logo, fonts, colors and layout, and entries are placed into that structure, including text, file uploads and checkbox fields. Generated PDFs can go out by email to admins, users or third parties as part of your form workflow, can be offered to visitors as a copy of their submission, and can be kept as an archive for record keeping.
