What it does
Building a quiz with a general form plugin usually means working around missing pieces like scoring, results screens and branching questions. This add-on fills those gaps inside Formidable Forms, so you keep working in a builder you already know. You drag questions into place, choose from formats such as multiple choice, true/false, fill-in-the-blank and rating scales, and set conditional logic so later questions depend on earlier answers. No coding is needed to put a quiz together.
Once a quiz is live, participants see their scores and results right away. You can ask for an email address and other details as part of the quiz, then review responses through analytics and reporting or export the data for use in other tools. Design options and responsive layouts help quizzes fit your site on different screen sizes. It suits teachers running assessments, marketers building lead quizzes and businesses gathering feedback.
Best for
- Educators and course sites running scored assessments
- Marketers collecting leads through interactive quizzes
- Businesses already using Formidable Forms for surveys
