What it does
Running a directory of rentals is one thing. Letting guests book and pay for those rentals on the same site is another. This plugin fills that gap by adding a booking marketplace on top of GeoDirectory, similar in concept to sites like Airbnb or VRBO. Owners manage their own listings, prices and rules, and guests book directly. You set the commission the site earns on each booking and can add service fees on top.
Payments run through the GetPaid plugin, which handles transactions and stores owner earnings in a GetPaid wallet so owners can request withdrawals when they want. Owners can offer full payment, a deposit or booking without upfront payment, choose a cancellation policy, and set nightly rates, date-specific prices and discounts. Listings with several rooms can price and schedule each room separately. Calendar tools cover date blocking and iCal import and sync with external calendars.
