If your site collects leads through forms and your team works in Agile CRM, copying entries from one place to the other by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. This add-on removes that step. Each form submission can create a new contact in Agile CRM or update an existing one with the latest details, so your contact records reflect what people actually told you on your site.
Setup happens inside Gravity Forms. You map each form field to the matching Agile CRM contact field, choose tags to apply to new contacts and decide whether a task should be created for follow-up, with its own subject, status, description and due date. Conditional logic from Gravity Forms lets you send data only when certain criteria are met, which keeps unqualified or irrelevant entries out of your CRM.
