This plugin brings them into one place inside WordPress. You build forms in a visual editor by dragging fields into position, arrange them in columns with adjustable widths, and start from templates for contacts, payments, surveys and demos when you would rather not begin from a blank form.
Once a form is built, conditional logic shows or hides fields, sections or pages based on what a visitor enters, so people only see what applies to them.
