This add-on gathers the files tied to entries and packages them for you. From the Gravity Forms Entries list you can select entries, or every entry matching your current search filter, and download their uploads as one ZIP file. It also works from the Gravity Flow Status page if you run approval workflows.
You stay in control of what goes into each archive. File Upload fields get an opt-in "Bulk Asset?" setting, so only the fields you choose are included. Large jobs run in chunks in the background with a progress dialog and a cancel option, and expired jobs are cleaned up automatically.
