What it does
Collecting leads through a form is only half the job. Someone then has to move those contacts into an email list, and manual copying is slow and easy to get wrong. This add-on handles that step for you. Each new form submission is passed to GetResponse and added to the mailing list you have connected to that form, so your subscriber records stay current without extra work.
Setup happens inside Gravity Forms and needs no coding. You connect a form to a list, then map your form fields to the matching fields in GetResponse, including custom fields, so you capture more than just a name and email address. Conditional logic lets you add people only when certain answers are given, which helps keep each list focused. From there, you can use GetResponse templates and automations to send messages suited to each group.
