What it does
If you collect signups, feedback or sales leads with Gravity Forms and run your email marketing in Klaviyo, moving contacts between the two by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. This add-on handles that transfer for you. When someone submits a form, their details are sent to Klaviyo as the entry comes in, so your lists and segments stay current and your follow-up emails can go out while the contact is still fresh.
Setup happens through feeds in the form settings. You choose a Klaviyo list from a drop down, then map your form fields to Klaviyo profile properties. Those mapped values can drive segments and automated email flows inside Klaviyo, based on what people told you in the form. You can connect several forms and several lists, which suits sites running different opt-ins or campaigns from one WordPress install.
