Gravity Forms Monday Add-On
The Gravity Forms Monday Add-On is a WordPress plugin that connects Gravity Forms to Monday.com. Each time someone submits a form, it can create a new item on a Monday board or update an existing one, so your team sees the information without anyone retyping it.

What it does
Many teams collect leads, client requests or project details through Gravity Forms and then track that work in Monday.com. Copying each entry from WordPress into a board by hand takes time and invites typos. This add-on links the two, so form data moves into the right board and group on its own. You connect it with a Monday.com personal API token, then set up feeds that decide where each submission goes and how its fields line up with board columns.
Each feed lets you pick a board and group, map form fields to columns (people columns included) and add conditional logic so only certain submissions get sent. You can also match submissions to existing items and update them instead of creating duplicates. Feeds are processed asynchronously, and you can connect different forms to different boards. One limit to note: file uploads are not passed to Monday. Removing the plugin also clears its Monday settings and stored item IDs from entries.
Best for
- Businesses tracking leads and client requests in Monday.com
- Agencies routing project intake forms to team boards
- Gravity Forms sites that want less manual data entry
Features
Every qualifying form entry can become a new item on a chosen Monday.com board, so requests and leads land in your team's workspace automatically.
Matching settings let a submission update an item that already exists on the board, which helps keep records current and avoids duplicate entries.
Each feed lets you choose the exact Monday.com board and group where new items should appear, matching how your team organizes its work.
Decide which form fields fill which board columns, including people columns, so each value ends up in the place your team expects to find it.
Send data to Monday only when a submission meets the rules you set, such as a particular answer or option chosen in the form.
Connect one board or several boards to different forms, which suits sites with separate teams, departments or project types.
Feeds run in the background after a submission, so sending data to Monday.com happens separately from the visitor completing the form.
The add-on links to your Monday.com account with a personal API token, and you manage the integration from the WordPress dashboard.
Questions about Gravity Forms Monday Add-On
Can a form submission update an item that is already on my board?
Yes. The feed settings include matching options for updating existing items, so a submission can change an item already on the board instead of always creating a new one. This is useful when the same client or request comes through more than once.
Can I send attachments from file upload fields to Monday?
No. File uploads are not supported by this add-on, so files submitted through upload fields stay with the Gravity Forms entry. Other mapped fields, such as text and people columns, are sent to the board as configured.
Can different forms go to different Monday.com boards?
Yes. You can connect a single board or several boards to different forms, and each feed lets you pick the board and group. Conditional logic can further limit which submissions are sent.
What do I need to connect it to my Monday.com account?
The add-on needs Gravity Forms on your WordPress site and a Monday.com personal API token. Once the token is entered, you build feeds that define the board, group, field mapping and any conditions.
