What it does
Net Promoter Score asks one simple question: how likely is someone to recommend you? Collecting those answers usually means a separate survey tool and another place to check results. This add-on keeps the whole process inside Gravity Forms. You drop an NPS field into a new or existing form, and respondents pick a number on a fixed 0 to 10 scale. You can adjust the scale's selected and focus color so it fits your site, and use conditional logic to show or hide NPS questions based on earlier answers.
Once responses come in, the score is calculated for you and each answer is grouped as a promoter, passive or detractor. The results view under Entries shows category counts, a mix bar, NPS over time and the spread across the 0 to 10 scale. Forms with several NPS fields can be filtered, jumped between and collapsed. You can export results to CSV, set up email alerts for important feedback, and share a secret live report link with people who do not have a WordPress login.
