What it does
Many sites need to collect money through a form, whether that is an order, a donation or a membership fee. Sending visitors off to an external payment page breaks the flow and adds steps. This add-on keeps the payment step on your own site. Customers enter their credit card details directly in the form, or choose to pay through their PayPal account, and the transaction is processed through PayPal Pro while they stay on your page.
It works natively with Gravity Forms, so your existing form workflow stays the same and gains payment fields on top. You can set up single purchases or recurring subscriptions, tie payment amounts to what a visitor selects in the form, and accept several currencies. Payment statuses are confirmed in real time, notifications can go out to users, and transaction logs and reports are available from your WordPress dashboard for easier accounting.
Best for
- Gravity Forms users who want to accept payments in forms
- Nonprofits and campaigns collecting one-time or recurring donations
- Membership and subscription sites billing customers on a schedule
Features
On-site credit card payments

Payment statuses update instantly, and you can notify users right away so they know whether their transaction went through.
Dynamic payment amounts
Payment fields can change based on what visitors enter in the form, so you can build flexible pricing and option-based totals.

Guided setup
A setup wizard walks you through configuration, so connecting payments to your forms does not require extensive coding knowledge.
Questions about Gravity Forms PayPal Pro Add-On
Do I need Gravity Forms to use this add-on?
Yes. It is an extension built to work natively with Gravity Forms. It adds payment processing to the forms you create there, so your existing forms and workflow remain in place while gaining credit card and PayPal payment options.
Will customers be sent to PayPal's website to pay?
No. The add-on is designed to let customers pay by credit card or through their PayPal account without leaving your website. The payment happens within the form, which keeps the checkout on your own pages.
Can I charge recurring subscription fees?
Yes. You can set up recurring payments for subscriptions, memberships or ongoing donations, as well as one-time payments for single purchases. Both types are handled through the same Gravity Forms setup.
Can the price change depending on what someone selects?
Yes. Payment fields can be tailored dynamically based on form inputs, so totals can reflect the options a visitor chooses. This makes it possible to offer flexible pricing within a single form, and you can accept multiple currencies as well.
