What it does
Email notifications for form entries are easy to overlook, and they often reach one inbox instead of the people who need to act. This add-on moves those alerts into Slack. Each time a form is submitted, a message lands in the channel, group or direct conversation you picked, so your team sees new inquiries, registrations or support requests in the same place they already work together.
Setup happens inside Gravity Forms. You link your Slack workspace, then create a feed for a form and choose where messages should go. Message content mixes static text with merge tags that pull in submitted values, and uploaded images can be attached. Conditional logic decides which entries trigger a message, and you can add several feeds to one form to reach different destinations.
