Many sites already use Gravity Forms to collect information, and adding payments to those forms usually means bolting on a separate checkout. This add-on puts Square payment fields inside the forms you build, so a donation, an online order or an event registration can be paid for in the same step the visitor fills out. Payment handling runs through Square, which provides encryption, fraud prevention and PCI compliance for the transactions your forms process.
Beyond simple charges, you can set up subscription billing, or authorize a card at checkout and capture the funds later, which suits invoicing or delayed shipping. Refunds can be issued from the WordPress dashboard. The add-on also works alongside other Gravity Forms add-ons, so a single form can register a new user and collect a fee, or create a WordPress post only after a payment succeeds.
