What it does
Collecting opinions usually means pushing people to an outside survey service and then pulling the data back. This add-on keeps the whole job in WordPress. It extends Gravity Forms with a dedicated Survey field, so a survey is built, styled and managed just like any other form on your site. You pick a question format, set up the choices and place it on a page without writing code.
Once responses arrive, the results are aggregated for you and shown in the WordPress dashboard with breakdowns and filters, which makes patterns easier to spot. Likert fields can also be set up with scoring. It suits product and service feedback, onboarding assessments, churn analysis, market research and employee engagement surveys. Because it is an add-on, you need Gravity Forms running on the site.

Yes. This is an add-on for the Gravity Forms plugin. It adds a Survey field to the Gravity Forms editor, so surveys are created and managed with the same tools you use for your other forms.
