What it does
Many teams collect requests, leads and client details through website forms, then copy that information into Trello by hand. That step is slow and easy to forget. This add-on removes it. When a form is submitted, a card is created in Trello automatically, so new work shows up where your team already plans and tracks tasks. The add-on also shows which Trello workspace you are connected to, which helps when you manage more than one.
Setup happens inside your form settings. You pick a Trello board and list, then map form fields to the card. You can assign the card to team members, add labels, set a due date and attach files that were uploaded through the form. Conditional logic from Gravity Forms lets you decide which entries should become cards, so only submissions that meet your rules land on the board.
