What it does
Form submissions often need to end up somewhere else: a spreadsheet, a team chat, an email list or a CRM. Copying that data by hand takes time and invites mistakes. This add-on links Gravity Forms to Zapier, which in turn connects to a large catalog of third-party services such as Google Sheets, Slack and Mailchimp. Instead of relying on a short list of direct integrations, you can route entries to CRMs, email marketing tools, project management apps and spreadsheets, all without writing code.
The plugin works in two directions. As a Zapier trigger, a new form submission starts a Zap that passes the data to another app. As a Zapier action, an event in another app can create a new entry in one of your forms. You connect your site to your Zapier account and then build and manage Zaps from the Zapier dashboard. It works with both your existing forms and any new ones you build, which makes it a practical fit for lead handling, follow-up emails, data syncing and reporting.
