What it does
If you publish content people value, you may want to charge for some of it while keeping the rest open. This plugin handles that by restricting access to selected posts or pages and showing visitors a summary as a teaser. Readers see enough to know what they are missing, and they can subscribe to read the full piece. It suits blogs, news portals and other content-driven sites that want a paid tier without building a membership system from scratch.
The plugin requires WooCommerce and runs on top of it, so it fits into sites already using WooCommerce-compatible themes. Payments go through PayPal, which lets you accept subscribers from many countries. You can set up membership plans with recurring payments, and the backend controls cover subscriptions, content restrictions and payment settings in one place. Paywalls are applied per post or per page, so you choose exactly which content is free and which is reserved for paying members. The front end is responsive and retina ready.
