What it does
When a site is still being built or is down for maintenance, visitors usually land on a blank or broken page. This plugin replaces that with a dedicated coming soon page built on the Bootstrap framework. You can switch maintenance mode on and off from the admin panel, so the page appears to visitors while your work continues in the background. It suits new launches, redesigns and scheduled maintenance windows.
The page can do more than display a message. An Ajax MailChimp form collects email addresses, a contact form lets people reach you, and Google Maps can show your physical location. For visuals, you can pick image, video or slider backgrounds, more than 8 background animations, particle effects, more than 10 text animations and over 20 countdown timer shapes. The HTML, CSS and JS files are included if you want to adjust the design further.
Best for
- New websites preparing for a public launch
