What it does
Showing recent or popular posts in a tidy, styled block usually means writing custom queries or template code. This plugin handles that inside WPBakery Page Builder. It includes three addons for the builder, giving you five post display types, three carousel styles and two news ticker types. You pick a layout, choose which posts to pull in, and set how they are sorted, by ID, author, title, date, views and other options, in ascending or descending order.
Styling controls cover custom colors with opacity, Google Fonts and more than 200 animation effects, and the layouts are responsive and retina ready. It works with standard posts and any custom post type, so portfolios and product listings can use the same tools as a blog. Four widgets (Mega Posts, Woo Mega for WooCommerce, Flickr and Contacts) let you place content in sidebars, and .po/.mo files make the plugin translation ready.
Best for
- Blogs and online magazines featuring latest or popular posts
