What it does
Support on a membership site usually means switching tabs. A member writes in about a failed payment or a missing course, and your agent has to leave the help desk, log into WordPress and search for that person's account. This add-on removes that step by pulling membership data, including subscriptions, transactions and user status, directly into the ticket view in Help Scout or FreeScout. Agents can see what the member has, what they paid and where their account stands while they read the message.
The integration also lets your team act on what they see. From a support ticket, an agent can cancel a membership or issue a refund without opening the WordPress dashboard. It works alongside the tools Help Scout already offers, such as live chat, a knowledge base for self-service answers and reporting on support activity. If you prefer an open-source help desk, FreeScout is supported too, which gives you a choice of platform for running member support.
