What it does
Once a newsletter goes out, it usually lives only in subscribers' inboxes. New visitors never see it, and readers who deleted an issue can't find it again. This addon turns your sent campaigns into a browsable list on any page of your site. You add a shortcode where you want the archive to appear, and the plugin builds a list of newsletter titles that link to each full issue. You can also add your own introduction text above the list.
Newsletters are full HTML pages, so the addon shows each one inside a dedicated frame. That keeps your theme's blog styles from changing the newsletter layout. If a page builder or theme blocks embedded views, you can switch to a mode that opens newsletters in a new tab or page. Shortcode attributes let you filter by mailing list or newsletter type, set limits and choose whether sent dates appear next to titles.
Best for
- Bloggers who send a regular email newsletter
- Businesses sharing past announcements with site visitors
- Marketers running several mailing lists or automated channels
Features
Add the archive to any WordPress page with a single shortcode, then adjust its behavior through attributes instead of editing templates or code.
Each newsletter is displayed within a dedicated frame, so its HTML styling and layout stay as sent and your theme's styles don't interfere.
Write an introduction or explanation above the newsletter list. It hides automatically when a visitor opens a single newsletter, keeping that view clean.
Limit the archive to specific mailing lists or newsletter types, and set how many issues appear, so each archive page shows the content you choose.
Choose whether to show the sending date beside each title, and pick the separator symbol or text placed between the date and the title.
Use the type attribute to list newsletters generated by Automated Addon channels, so recurring automated issues can sit in the archive too.
Open newsletters in a new browser tab or page instead of an embedded view, which helps with page builders and themes that block frames.
Newsletters assigned to more than one mailing list are matched correctly against your filters, so archive listings stay accurate.

Questions about Newsletter Archive
Will my newsletters look the same as they did in the inbox?
Yes, that is the goal of the framed display. Each newsletter is shown as a full HTML page inside a dedicated frame, which keeps your site theme's styles from altering its layout or formatting.
Can I show only newsletters from one mailing list?
Yes. The shortcode accepts attributes that filter newsletters by specific mailing lists and by newsletter type. You can also set limits on how many appear, and newsletters assigned to multiple lists are matched accurately.
What if my page builder doesn't display the embedded newsletter?
Some page builders and themes block embedded views. For those cases the addon offers an alternative display mode that opens each newsletter in a new browser tab or page instead of inside the frame.
Does it include newsletters sent by the Automated Addon?
Yes. By setting the type attribute in the shortcode, you can list newsletters created by Automated Addon channels, either on their own or as part of your wider archive.
Is Newsletter Archive free?
The code of Newsletter Archive is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Newsletter Archive is this?
Version 4.2.6, released Aug 30, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Newsletter Archive?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Newsletter Archive automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
