What it does
Running a mailing list often means juggling a form tool, an email designer and a separate sending service. This plugin brings those jobs into WordPress. You build subscription forms and place them anywhere on your site, or collect sign-ups through Elementor, Contact Form 7, Ninja Forms, Gravity Forms or WPForms. New subscribers can be sorted into targeted lists automatically and greeted with a personalized welcome email, which gives you a tidy list from the first sign-up.
For writing emails, a visual drag-and-drop composer offers more than 25 blocks, including images, videos, HTML snippets and WooCommerce products, with live previews across devices. You can send one-time or recurring newsletters, set up autoresponder series, and follow opens and clicks in campaign reports. Sending can run through external services such as SendGrid, Amazon SES, Mailgun or SMTP.com to avoid server limits. Bounce handling, import and export, public archives, geolocation and an API round out list management for blogs, shops and membership sites.
Best for
- Bloggers and publishers sending regular content updates
- WooCommerce and Easy Digital Downloads shops promoting products
- Membership sites built with MemberPress or Paid Membership Pro
