What it does
Many sites already use Fluent Forms for contact, quote or registration forms, and keeping a separate signup form just for the newsletter adds extra work. This addon lets any Fluent Forms form act as a newsletter subscription form. When someone submits it, their details are added to your subscriber list in Newsletter, so you can collect signups from the forms you already have instead of building new ones.
Setup centers on field mapping. You match form fields such as email, name and custom data to subscriber fields, and you can add a subscription consent checkbox so people give explicit permission. On sites running WPML, the subscriber's language is detected and saved to their profile. The collected data can then be used for list segmentation, targeting by profile fields, autoresponders and reporting within the wider Newsletter system. Fluent Forms is required.

Questions about Newsletter - Fluent Forms Integration
Do I need Fluent Forms for this to work?
Yes. This is an addon that connects Fluent Forms with the Newsletter plugin, so Fluent Forms must be active on your site. It works with the forms you build there, turning their submissions into newsletter subscriptions.
Can I add a consent checkbox to my signup forms?
Yes. You can include a subscription consent checkbox on your forms so subscribers give explicit permission before being added. This is useful for meeting GDPR requirements and keeping your list made up of people who opted in.
Does it work on multilingual sites?
