What it does
Many sites already collect email addresses through Forminator contact or signup forms, but those addresses often sit in form entries instead of reaching the newsletter list. This addon closes that gap. It links any Forminator form that contains an email field to your newsletter system, so new submissions become subscriber profiles automatically. That saves you from exporting entries and importing them by hand, and keeps your list current as people sign up.
Setup centers on choosing a form and mapping its fields. The email address is required, and you can add an optional consent checkbox with a custom label to support GDPR requirements. Each linked form can send its own welcome email, written in the built-in composer. If your site runs WPML, subscriber profiles record the visitor's language, which lets you filter and localize your newsletters. Subscriber profiles, unsubscriptions and subscription statistics are all available for managing your list.
