What it does
Many WordPress sites collect user accounts through registrations, memberships or store checkouts, while their newsletter list lives somewhere else. Keeping those two in step usually means exports, imports and missed contacts. This addon closes that gap by syncing your site's users into your Newsletter mailing lists. When someone registers, they are added to your list, so your newsletter audience grows along with your user base and stays current without manual work.
Because the sync draws on WordPress user profiles, you can sort subscribers into lists based on details such as user roles or membership levels. That makes it easier to send different content to different groups, for example members on one plan versus another. It works with membership and user management plugins including WP User Pro, MemberPress and Paid Membership Pro. It suits membership sites, online stores and content blogs that already run the Newsletter plugin.
Best for
- Membership sites that want members on their mailing list
- Online stores emailing registered customers
- Blogs with user registration and a newsletter
