What it does
If you build forms with WPForms and send email with the Newsletter plugin, the two don't share data on their own. That leaves you exporting entries or retyping addresses, and some signups get missed along the way. This addon closes that gap. You design a subscription form in WPForms the way you normally would, and the people who fill it in are passed straight into Newsletter, where they can be sorted into the lists you choose and greeted with a welcome email.
Because the forms come from WPForms, you can place them in posts, pages, sidebars or other spots across your site. Once subscribers reach Newsletter, you work with the tools that plugin provides: a drag and drop composer for building emails, automated sequences and autoresponders, campaign reports with open and click data, and options for sending through external services such as Amazon SES, Mailgun and SendGrid. The addon fits sites that already rely on WPForms and want their signups to feed an email list without extra steps.
Best for
- Sites that already build their signup forms with WPForms
- Bloggers growing an email list with the Newsletter plugin
- Small businesses sending regular newsletters to customers

Questions about Newsletter - WPForms Addon
Which plugins do I need for this addon to work?
The addon connects two plugins, so you need WPForms for building the forms and the Newsletter plugin for managing subscribers and sending email. The addon passes form submissions from WPForms into your Newsletter mailing list.
Can I send form signups to different lists?
Yes. New subscribers can be sorted automatically into targeted lists in the Newsletter plugin, and you can send them a personalized welcome email. This is useful if you run separate lists for different topics or audiences.
Where can I put my subscription forms?
Since the forms are built in WPForms, you can embed them in posts, pages, sidebars or other custom locations on your WordPress site. Every submission from those forms can feed your Newsletter list.
Can I use an outside email service to send my newsletters?
The Newsletter plugin supports external sending services, including Amazon SES, Mailgun and SendGrid. Routing mail through one of these helps you avoid the sending limits that come with many hosting servers.
Is Newsletter - WPForms Addon free?
The code of Newsletter - WPForms Addon is licensed under the GPL, so anyone may use, change and share it. GPL Feast is a paid service: a plan or a single purchase gives you the download and automatic updates. The developer's own support, licence key and online services are not included.
Which version of Newsletter - WPForms Addon is this?
Version 1.4.4, released Aug 30, 2026. New versions appear here when the developer publishes them, and members get them as automatic updates.
How do I update Newsletter - WPForms Addon?
Install the free GPL Feast Updater on your site and connect it with your API key. It installs new versions of Newsletter - WPForms Addon automatically and keeps a backup, so you can roll back.
