What it does
Membership sites take recurring payments, and members often need proper invoices for their own records or accounting. Producing those by hand is slow and easy to get wrong. This addon works inside the Paid Member Subscriptions plugin and turns each completed payment into a PDF invoice that can be downloaded or printed. Members fill in their billing information during payment and can update it later, so the invoice reflects the details they actually want shown.
On the admin side, you set up your company name, logo, address and other details once, and they appear on every invoice. Invoice numbers are assigned in sequence, which makes tracking simpler for bookkeeping. When it is time to reconcile accounts, you can select several invoices and download them together. Members get their own view of payment history in their account area, where they can pull up past invoices whenever they need them.
