What’s new in Sell Media Download Lightbox Addon 1.0.2
Version 1.0.2
Latest
What it does
Photographers who deliver large sets of images often run into the same problem: clients have to download files one at a time. That gets slow and frustrating with a full event gallery or a big editorial order. This addon works with the Lightbox feature in Sell Media, where visitors save images as they browse. Once their selection is ready, they can download everything in that Lightbox in a single action instead of clicking through each photo.
Access is controlled by a passcode that you choose in the Sell Media settings panel, so only people you share it with can run the batch download. Clients receive the original high-resolution files. The addon uses the ZIP Archive PHP library to bundle images, and that library is enabled by default on most hosting services. It suits photographers who work with trusted clients, editors or media teams who regularly need many images at once.
Best for
- Event photographers delivering complete galleries to clients
- Photographers supplying image batches to editors and media teams
- Photo sites already running Sell Media
Features

The download passcode is set through the existing Sell Media settings panel, and no coding is needed to get it working.
Built on Sell Media
The addon extends the Sell Media plugin and works alongside its existing storefront and Lightbox features.
Uses ZIP Archive
Files are bundled using the ZIP Archive PHP library, which most hosting providers enable by default.
Collect while browsing
Clients add multiple photos to their Lightbox as they look through your galleries, then download the whole selection when ready.
