WooCommerce's built-in shipping options work for simple stores, but they get limiting once your costs depend on weight, item count, product type or where an order is going. This plugin adds a table rate system on top of WooCommerce so you can define rates around those factors. You can create as many shipping methods and rates as you need, which helps when different products or customer groups call for different options.
Rates are built from rules and conditions. The plugin offers over 35 product rules and 89 conditions, covering things like weight, cart subtotal, shipping class and destination. Costs can be charged per weight unit, per item, per shipping class or per product category, and items can be grouped by units, categories or shipping classes before fees are calculated. You can also add handling fees or insurance costs on top of the shipping price. It requires WooCommerce.
